Dr. Rosenberg is originally from Hastings, Nebraska. He went to medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and from there went on to complete his residency in Family Medicine at Iowa Lutheran Hospital and a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
He took his first job as a Team Physician for Ohio University in Athens, Ohio in 2005. He worked as the Team Physician and also had a Primary Care and Sports Medicine practice. In 2010 he moved to Charlotte, North Carolina and worked in a private sports medicine practice.
Dr. Rosenberg moved to Nevada in 2013 to work as the Head Team Physician for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the Sports Medicine Fellowship Director for the medical school. He served in that role for 5 years. During that time he also became a Team Physician for the Vegas Golden Knights, a position he still holds today. In addition to his work with the Golden Knights he also became a Team Physician for the Las Vegas Raiders upon their arrival in town in 2020. He also serves as the Medical Director for Cirque du Soleil and is a medical consultant for the NBA Summer League. Dr. Rosenberg has been in private practice since 2018 and in 2022 he decided to open his own practice, Silver State Sports Medicine.
